In 1997, after the end of 3 seasons of my TV series, Dance Nation, I had decided to focus on selling real estate in a remote, run down part of Toronto that was not yet known as Humber Bay Shores, primarily focussing on Palace Place, where the developer had just gone bankrupt after having spent a record $200-million building it. At the time, the area was infested with seedy motels, with reports every Monday of weekend crimes. People thought I was nuts, but I believed in the area and my product. I had launched The Dalinda Report as a way for local residents to track sales without obligation. Other realtors hated me because I was giving out market information for free, but I had figured what better way to elevate prices in the area than by educating everyone on sales activity.
Today, Palace Place is Toronto’s flagship waterfront condominium residence, Humber Bay Shores has become the coolest place to live on the water, and I am deeply honoured to be the #1 top selling realtor in Humber Bay Shores! Here is a highlight version of the January 2019 issue of The Dalinda Report, the definitive market report for over 22-years!The Dalinda Report
