I have built this Palace Place brand for over 30+ years.
I was here when the first owners moved in. I have lived here, sold here, and fought for this building. I have been instrumental in making it the standard other waterfront towers still try to match. Palace Place is not just an address. It is a reputation I have earned the hard way, through unrivalled construction and refinements, meticulous attention to every detail, management that has never cut corners, and gold standards that I have pioneered.
For more than 30 years, I have been the heartbeat of this building. That is not a slogan. It is how the place has been kept through the details, the standards, the pressure, the long nights, the missed time with family, and the constant care.
