2022 is the year of the condo
Why?
In December 2021, the average price for a home in the city of Toronto was $1,698,178, and the average price for a condo had totalled $725,083.
When the condo average is less than half of the home average, the dramatic imbalance historically leads to a shift that drives condo sales, resulting in price increases.
With little inventory, now is the time to get a record price.
This is especially true for Palace Place, 1 Palace Pier Court, and Palace Pier, 2045 Lake Shore Boulevard West.
