What an awesome birthday surprise! Late last night, Jonathan Rhee, our senior managing broker, had sent me an email to say that I had achieved the #1 top selling realtor for Humber Bay Shores for Q1 of 2021 ranking for both the total combined units and the total selling dollar volume.

This means so much to me, especially during these times. I was one of the first realtors to specialize in this area all the way back in 1997, so I have seen Humber Bay Shores grow into this amazing community from the beginning.

Being a realtor then was not like it is now. People like @RyanSerhant truly changed the profession for the better by elevating the game using the new technologies of our time to showcase the eye candy of real estate, recognizing that the story drives the sale.
