Completed in 1993, at a record $200-million, Palace Place was built by Bramalea Limited, Canada’s largest builder at the time. Palace Place is not “the second Pier” or “the South tower,” it was built to set a standard and example for condominiums in Canada as Bramalea’s condominium flagship.
The iconic blue logo was everywhere and all over North America from the 60s to the early 90s for residential and commercial new construction.

#TBT to the original Dalinda Team … It was the 1950s in Toronto, Paul Dalinda, my grandfather, and his brother Kleopas had started Dalinda Construction. Together, they had designed and built many homes in Swansea , notably on Ellis Park Avenue, Riverside Crescent, Worthington Crescent, and Easson Avenue to name but a few!
Not many pictures of them in action but I found these from an Ellis Park build.
These homes still stand proud as a testament to their trademark 1950s design, superior craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Paul Dalinda had dedicated his life to helping others in any way he could. Honoured to try to follow in his footsteps…

What an awesome birthday surprise! Late last night, Jonathan Rhee, our senior managing broker, had sent me an email to say that I had achieved the #1 top selling realtor for Humber Bay Shores for Q1 of 2021 ranking for both the total combined units and the total selling dollar volume.
